Pair Of SAXETTE instruments W Lyre Holders. Pre-1937. Rare. No Mouthpieces. SAXETTE developed by Fitchhorn in Ohio to help children become interested in band due to its ease of playing. Patent was granted in 1937 so this predates. It is similar to the Clar-O-Sax by Conn but has a Bakelite mouthpiece instead of a saxophone mouthpiece. Has six holes and built in lyre holder.
